David Holt
Formerly a Partner at Arthur Andersen, Deloitte and RSM Tenon David is a founding Partner of Consilium. Responsible for Consilium’s Audit department and Transaction Services team, he also undertakes various management responsibilities for the firm including recruitment and HR.
David has over 30 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Audit – he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1991 – and manages relationships with many of the firm’s largest clients. This includes close relationships with banks and Private Equity firms in the execution of transactions.
Deeply passionate about Consilium and the firm’s work with the ICAS Foundation, David singles out overseeing the professional development of colleagues as one of his greatest satisfactions.
Out of the office, David is a keen golfer and rugby fan. In the winter months, you will find him indulging in his love of skiing.
