Graduate Trainees

Graduate trainees at Consilium Chartered Accountants are more than just a small cog in a big machine. You will work with successful businesses from day 1 of your training and gain hands-on accountancy experience as you study to become a chartered accountant.

Consilium’s graduate programme differs from traditional accountancy training schemes by offering exposure to a broad base of professional services. Exam-relevant experience across a range of business sectors and industries gives trainees a full sense of the career options available to them, before completing their professional exams with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland (ICAS).

Structured training and the right support to become a Chartered Accountant

Consilium’s graduate training programme is open to all final-year degree students with an interest in accounts and finance. A 2:1 honours degree is advisable but is not an absolute requirement.

While you study for your CA qualification with Consilium, we provide a structured training programme that allows you to develop the range of skills and competencies relevant to your career. We ensure that you spend time in all areas of the business – audit, accounts, corporate finance and tax – providing great experience relevant to your professional exams.
