Based upon our core values – Advice, Integrity, Teamwork and Progressive – the 2-year programme equips colleagues with the skills and knowledge to become the next generation of business advisors and gain a competitive edge.

Developed exclusively in partnership with Ibis Ideas, a London-based global consulting firm, The Consilium Edge builds on the ethos of the company and our philosophy of “Be Consilium”.

Participants come from across all departments within Consilium Chartered Accountants and are matched with a mentor from our Partner group. Combined with peer-to-peer coaching, online resources and practical sessions, The Consilium Edge offers a dynamic training opportunity available to all experienced team members.
