Consilium and the ICAS Foundation launch new partnership aimed at improving social mobility in the accountancy profession.

In collaboration with the Foundation, Consilium has created a staircase of talent, offering financial support, mentorship, and training opportunities to young individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds. This will see young people supported from day one at university right through summer internships and their Chartered Accountancy qualifications.

A structured internship programme that shapes futures

Consilium’s internship programme, an integral part of the partnership with the ICAS Foundation, provides structured experiences across all facets of our business, including Audit, Accounts and Business Services, Personal Tax, and Corporate Tax. Open to students intending to study or currently studying Accounting or Finance at university, this program not only complements academic studies but also shapes critical decisions for future careers.
