Consilium advises Di Maggio’s Restaurant Group on Paesano and Sugo acquisitions

Consilium Chartered Accountants have provided lead advisory and financial due diligence services to Di Maggio’s Restaurant Group (DRG) in their acquisition of Italian restaurants Paesano and Sugo. 

The mouth-watering deal sees the hospitality giants DRG acquire three of Glasgow’s hottest Italian restaurants under the Paesano and Sugo brands. Established in 2015 and 2019 respectively, they have become hugely popular, serving nearly 22,000 customers weekly.

Di Maggio’s Restaurant Group deal built on a long-standing partnership

Continuing a long-standing relationship between Consilium Chartered Accountants and DRG, owners Mario Gizzi and Tony Conetta retained the services of advisor John Blair.
