Consilium advises Hamilton Robertson on acquisition by Greenwood Moreland

Owner-managed business specialists, Consilium Chartered Accountants have provided Corporate Finance and Tax advisory services to Hamilton Robertson Insurance Brokers (HRIB) shareholders as Greenwood Moreland acquires the Scottish firm. Continuing a long-standing business relationship, HRIB retained John Blair as lead advisor and Craig Coyle as tax advisor in the acquisition by Leeds-based JMG Group company, Greenwood Moreland.

Hamilton Robertson joins the JMG Group

HRIB is a firm of independent Chartered Insurance Brokers, operating across the UK with offices in Glasgow and London. Formed in 1981 they provide commercial and personal insurance across multiple business classes including property, financial, liability and motor insurance.
