Consilium appoints new Director as Corporate Finance team expands

Today, Consilium Chartered Accountants announced the arrival of Siobhan Moore as Corporate Finance Director. Following another year of growth that has seen employee headcount increase by 20%, the latest addition enhances Consilium’s deal-making abilities and lead advisory services.

Siobhan has joined Consilium from SIS Ventures where she previously managed a portfolio of disruptive businesses developing innovative solutions for society’s greatest challenges. Before that, she built extensive Corporate Finance advisory experience with Johnston Carmichael.

New Director aims to drive the continued growth of Consilium’s Corporate Finance team

Siobhan will support all aspects of client Corporate Finance lead advisory and due diligence services for business owners, banks, private equity houses and investors. She will also support Consilium’s aims to improve diversity in investment, entrepreneurship, and the accountancy profession.

Corporate Finance team also welcomes Thomas McGrath to Consilium

Consilium also welcomed Thomas McGrath to the Corporate Finance team. Thomas joined the Glasgow firm from Royal Bank of Scotland where he was responsible for credit analysis of commercial bank customers.

A qualified CA following his post-graduate training with PwC, Thomas will handle financial due diligence, financial projections and grant reporting for businesses, banks, private equity houses and private investors. He will also support the wider team with business disposal and business valuation services.
