Tom believes that Trust is built up over a long period of time and is particularly important when acting in an advisory role.  With more than 35 years in the business, he understands that clients appreciate an honest forthright approach in their business relationship which centres on providing advice which is technically sound but comes with an opinion.  This is the foundation on which trust and loyalty is born.

A number of his clients have longstanding relationships, some going back to university days, and he understands they value his position as a trusted advisor.

But Tom says he fully understands that in being a trusted advisor you are only as good as your last job and  “ you must always understand that your client’s current work is what is important to them and you must never take anything for granted in a business relationship.”
