Consilium advise Campbell Thomson Insurance Services on sale to Verso Wealth Management
Consilium Chartered Accountants recently provided corporate finance and tax advisory services to Campbell Thomson Insurance Services Limited, in respect of the disposal of the business to Verso Wealth Management, a Cairngorm Capital portfolio company.
Alongside legal advisors, Macdonald Henderson, the Consilium team worked with Campbell Thomson’s shareholders to facilitate the deal. The acquisition by Verso sees the wealth management group make their first move into the Scottish insurance market.
