Paul Grant said: “Consilium were essential advisors in the transfer to employee ownership. Their insight and advice ensured a smooth transition and positive outcomes for the co-founders and our team.”

Discussing the decision to transition to employee ownership, co-founder Paul Grant said: “We’ve always believed in putting our people first. Employee ownership is a perfect fit for our vision. It empowers our team and allows them to share directly in the rewards of their hard work and dedication.”

A ‘win-win’ scenario for Cofficient and its new owners

Consilium partner John Blair said: “As a business exit strategy, selling to employee ownership is growing in popularity in Scotland. Cofficient is a great example of how business founders, their teams and customers can enjoy a win-win scenario as companies enter their next growth and development stage.”

“Entrepreneurs like this model because it offers them the chance to exit a business at their own pace and safeguards the future legacy of the company they have built.”

“We’re incredibly optimistic about what lies ahead,” says Paul Tindal. “Together, we’re ready to take Cofficient to the next level, continuing to provide exceptional service and innovative solutions for our clients.”
