Consilium provide FDD to Foresight Group for £4m investment in Firefish Software

Glasgow-based Consilium Chartered Accountants have provided financial due diligence services to Foresight Group in respect of their £4m investment into technology firm, Firefish Software Limited.

Firefish – creators of CRM and marketing software for the recruitment industry – was established in 2010. The investment will support the firm’s plans for continued growth following a period of sustained success.

Working with Graeme McKinstry and David Miles of Foresight, financial due diligence was provided by Consilium’s Linzi Wilson and Colin McCrann.
