Consilium advises shareholders of JWF Process Solutions on Nevis Capital buy-in

Glasgow-based engineering firm JWF Process Solutions has secured a significant investment from Nevis Capital. The deal, which was advised by John Blair of Consilium Chartered Accountants, will see Nevis acquire a stake in the company.

JWF specialises in measurement and instrumentation for the oil and gas, petrochemical, and healthcare sectors. The company has a strong track record of growth, and the investment from Nevis will help accelerate its expansion plans.
